Core responsibilities
- Assemble parts and subassemblies per drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the build to confirm compliance with standards.
- Maintain a neat, well-organized workstation and tools.
- Partner with peers to streamline steps and elevate assembly practices.
- Escalate nonconformances, shortages, or issues to the supervisor right away.
- Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and housekeeping guidelines.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent credential.
- Basic ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable taking and following direction.
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication.
- Steady hands, solid coordination, and comfort with small components.
- Willingness to learn, cross-train, and take on new tasks.
Technical familiarity that stands out
- Mechanical assembly experience, including machine build/assembly exposure.
- Fundamental soldering skills.
- Confidence using a tape measure for accurate cuts and placements.
- Strong mechanical assembly aptitude.
- Ability to read and work from basic blueprints.
