Industrial Maintenance Tech

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a high-volume aluminum manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment in a production environment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and supporting equipment
• Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating equipment
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems, cylinders, valves, and components
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using a multimeter and electrical schematics
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Perform equipment changeovers, repairs, adjustments, and installations
• Complete PMs and accurately document maintenance work
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Follow all plant safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and pumps
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and use a multimeter
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Experience with aluminum extrusion or metal manufacturing is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to breakdowns
• Strong attendance, reliability, and safety mindset
