Dental Hygiene Recruiter (RDH licensed)

Seeking a Dental Hygiene Recruiter (RDH licensed) to lead clinical recruitment and dental hygiene staffing initiatives. The Dental Hygiene Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) while managing candidate pipelines and supporting onboarding and retention efforts. This role emphasizes clinical recruitment, compliance verification, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for Registered Dental Hygienists and other clinical staff; source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and community outreach.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for dental hygiene positions: job posting, screening, interviewing, reference and credential checks, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Verify RDH licensure, certifications, immunization and background checks; ensure compliance with state and employer requirements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of active and passive hygienist candidates; maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Partner with hiring managers and clinical leads to define role requirements, interview plans, and selection criteria for hygienist hires.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion) and provide regular reporting to leadership to inform staffing strategy.
  • Represent I4Dentallab at career fairs, professional association events, and local schools to promote dental hygiene employment opportunities and employer brand.
  • Support new-hire orientation and initial onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition and early retention of RDH hires.

Required qualifications:

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources, preferably with exposure to clinical or dental hiring processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and partnership with hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with credential verification and basic compliance requirements for clinical staff.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and common recruiting tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior experience recruiting Registered Dental Hygienists or other dental professionals.
  • Knowledge of dental practice and laboratory workflows and terminology.
  • Experience developing employer branding, outreach programs, or partnerships with dental schools and associations.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to optimize time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
