Beast Mode Truckin seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for a local dedicated intermodal account based in Troutdale, OR. This 100% drop‑and‑hook (no‑touch) assignment offers predictable rotations, daily home time, and a competitive compensation and bonus structure designed to reward productivity and retention.
Compensation and benefits
- $1,400–$1,800 per week (dependent on miles and load volume)
- Pay options (driver choice) 0.65 per mile or $23.00 per hour
- Short‑haul dispatch pay: $40 for loads under 50 miles (approximately 90% of loads) — many drivers earn $800–$1,000 per week from short‑haul pay alone
- Retention and productivity bonuses: $1,000 at 50 customer deliveries; $500 at 75 deliveries; $250 for each additional 25 deliveries up to 175 deliveries (total potential bonus up to $3,000 for the first 175 deliveries)

Minimum qualifications
- Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
- At least 6 months of Class A driving experience in the past year and at least 1 year of Class A experience within the past 3 years
- Generally clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years; no DUI convictions within the past 5 years
- Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons
- Solid 10‑year work history without major unexplained employment gaps (school or training exemptions acknowledged)
- Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
- Residence within 25 miles of Troutdale, OR
- All criminal offenses will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
Preferred qualifications
