Student Health LPN — School-Based Clinician

Location: Guthrie, OK

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $26.50 per hour

A day in this role

You unlock the health office at 7:00 AM, prepare supplies, and review your medication log for students arriving with morning doses. By mid-morning, you’re calmly triaging minor injuries, calling a parent for an update, and documenting care provided. After lunch, you double-check immunization and TB documentation, consult a teacher about a student’s care plan, and finish the day updating records so everyone’s ready for tomorrow.

What you’ll do

• Deliver first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
• Administer prescribed medications safely and on time.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date health records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and outside healthcare providers.
• Follow and uphold school health policies and procedures.

What you bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in Oklahoma.
• At least 6 months of LPN experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current TB documentation.
• Clear, organized communication and strong record-keeping skills.
