Role highlights
- Schedule: 2nd Shift; 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour with a shift differential
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
How you’ll contribute
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment for consistent, high-quality output.
- Program parts, verify accuracy with in-process quality checks, and interpret blueprints.
- Support finishing work: drilling, tapping, and deburring.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and light equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
- Partner with Purchasing and Shipping to organize materials and confirm counts.
- Keep work areas orderly and take on additional tasks as requested by Supervision.
What it takes
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language.
- Capability to reach, grasp, lift 75lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material.
- Strong coordination of hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
- Comfortable stooping, bending, and squatting.
- Mechanical know-how with computer competency and willingness to operate industrial machinery.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Experience as a foreman or warehouse trainer.
