Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple shifts.
Oversee preventative maintenance (PM) programs for production equipment and facility systems.
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related equipment issues.
Manage equipment repairs, upgrades, and new equipment installations.
Work closely with production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Manage spare parts inventory and purchase necessary maintenance supplies.
Coordinate work performed by outside contractors and vendors.
Support facility and building maintenance needs as required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment uptime and maintenance processes.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead in a manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting plastics manufacturing equipment is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Experience managing preventative maintenance programs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Experience coordinating maintenance projects and equipment installations.
Familiarity with ISO quality standards is a plus.
AutoCAD experience is a plus.
