Plant Reliability Mechanic — Automation & Controls

Your impact

  • Reduce downtime by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Own the full repair cycle: diagnose, identify parts, requisition, install, verify, and document.
  • Operate motorized/peripheral equipment and basic machine shop tools to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Collaborate across functions, foster trust and openness, and step up to lead assigned tasks.
  • Keep work areas clean and safe; complete shift-specific responsibilities set by the maintenance supervisor.
  • Follow established maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records in ERP/peripheral systems.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma/equivalent; vocational/trade coursework in electro-mechanical disciplines is a plus.
  • Mechanical pre-employment test required.
  • Proficiency with micrometers and calipers; strong presentation skills to run effective meetings.
  • Ability to pass a multiple-choice test with a handwritten section.
