Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.50

Why This Role

• Be the first point of contact for contractors and customers in a fast-moving showroom environment.
• Own accurate order entry, returns processing, and payment handling.
• Keep the counter and displays organized and stocked to showcase products effectively.

Your Impact

• Welcome and assist walk‑in customers with professional, friendly service.
• Share product knowledge, make recommendations, and deliver demonstrations.
• Process sales orders, returns, and transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Handle cash and credit card payments; prepare daily deposits in line with standard procedures.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organized showroom and counter area that reflects our commitment to quality.
• Stock shelves on the sales floor and in the stockroom as needed to meet demand.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with educational classes—supporting setup and cleanup before and after sessions.
• Make courtesy calls to class attendees and follow up with past‑due accounts as directed.
• Partner with teammates and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in customer service or counter sales preferred.
• Experience in janitorial, restoration, remediation, carpet cleaning, or installation industries is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Cash-handling skills and basic accounting knowledge are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs. regularly.
