Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers for a Northeast fleet based out of Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Drivers run regional freight with consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Typical runs cover Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.

Compensation and benefits include:

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
• Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond
• Long Island delivery pay: $65 per delivery
• Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
• Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly

Lane details:

• Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network (generally VA to ME).
• Typical freight moves from Northern North Carolina up through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
• Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
• Drivers who opt to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may be eligible to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
