What you will do

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of plant equipment and facilities.
• Install, commission, and service equipment tied to plant operations, services, and facilities.
• Diagnose faults; repair or replace electrical components as needed.
• Assist with upgrades to process control equipment as new tech is adopted.
• Stay current on state-of-the-art control systems.
• Partner with shift Operators to perform mechanical repairs when required.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on skill with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting
• Strong analytical approach; electrical and PLC programming capabilities
• Collaborative mindset; communicate clearly across all levels
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• 3+ years technician experience in the plastics industry
• Mechanical aptitude and a track record of problem solving
• Effective written and verbal communication

Pay, shift, and incentives

• Starting pay: $21.32–$32.68
• $0.55 shift differential
• Annual and skill-based wage increase eligibility
• Monthly bonus eligibility based on plant productivity*
• Shift: 11:50pm–8:00am, Sunday–Thursday
