Be the steady, professional presence at our Covington, GA office—elevating the visitor experience while keeping administrative and accounting support tasks on track in a dynamic construction environment.
What you’ll handle
- Front desk excellence: greet visitors, route calls, and deliver polished, service-first support.
- Expense processing: enter and track employee expenses in the company’s accounting system.
- Travel coordination: book hotels with the company card and manage related itineraries.
- Supply stewardship: monitor inventory and place timely orders to keep the office stocked.
- Finance assistance: support invoice processing and document filing.
- Onboarding support: complete new-hire checklists and ensure accurate paperwork.
- Record management: maintain organized, accessible files and systems.
- Administrative partnership: assist management and project teams with day-to-day needs.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Background in admin, reception, or accounting support preferred.
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and organized work habits.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with accounting/ERP tools is advantageous.
- Detail orientation with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor and approachable style.
- On-site availability by 7:45 a.m. and until at least 4:00 p.m.; able to stay later when required.
- Consistent reliability and very limited absences.
