Are you the expert others call for tough mold components?

If translating blueprints into efficient CNC toolpaths, dialing in offsets, and hitting micron-level targets sounds like your kind of challenge, this role is for you. You’ll own programming, setup, and operation across mills, lathes, and EDM, delivering precise mold tooling while raising the bar for safety, quality, and throughput.

The impact you’ll make

  • Program, set up, and run CNC equipment (mills, lathes, routers) for precision mold parts.
  • Turn CAD files and technical drawings into robust machining strategies.
  • Manage material loading, tooling selection, and real-time process monitoring.
  • Verify conformity using calipers, micrometers, and other precision gauges.
  • Troubleshoot issues, complete routine maintenance, and accurately document production.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize cycle times and quality.
  • Support tool/die/mold setup and repair; contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Champion a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
