  • Procurement execution for direct materials and services: review requisitions, assess supplier bids, and issue purchase orders.
  • MRP-driven buying: convert system signals into timely, accurate actions.
  • Support for NPIs and sustaining products, including coordinating last-time buys for EOL parts.
  • Service levels and cost: ensure on-time delivery, manage inventory levels, and monitor purchase price variance.
  • Forecast fidelity: analyze forecast accuracy and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
  • Cost data stewardship: maintain and update standard costs for assigned components.
  • Sourcing and quoting activities that improve continuity of supply and reduce costs.
  • Issue resolution: tackle shortages, allocations, and discrepancies; conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
  • Supplier performance management: lead regular reviews and implement improvement plans.
  • Results tracking: own KPIs such as OTD, PO acknowledgments, and past due shipments.
  • Audit readiness: support ISO and internal audits and close findings promptly.
  • Continuous improvement: strengthen data integrity and optimize planning parameters.

How Will You Collaborate?

You’ll be the communication hub among internal teams, suppliers, and customers—aligning expectations and timelines from pre-production through full-scale manufacturing.
