Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

We are seeking recent Class A CDL graduates to join an expanding Eastern regional fleet operating out of the greater Philadelphia, PA area. This opportunity is designed for new drivers who want paid, mentor-led training, consistent miles, and predictable regional routes while building a long-term driving career.

• Compensation: $1,600–$1,800+ weekly; paid every Friday
• Paid training: One month of paid training with an experienced mentor

Job details

• Predictable regional routes operating from the Philadelphia area
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight—most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver

Training program

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Training pairs new drivers with a mentor to focus on safety, road skills, and performance
• Designed to provide the experience and confidence needed to transition to regular regional driving assignments

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction completed
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and employer hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
