We are looking for a tech-savvy and highly organized Virtual Executive Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a career coaching business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and play a key role in client coordination, sales support, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
- Organize materials and data for daily sales meetings.
- Manage follow-ups after sales meetings and update progress in the CRM.
2. Client Coordination & Support
- Schedule and reschedule client meetings, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare for daily client meetings and track follow-up action items or assignments.
3. Customer Support
- Respond to program-related client inquiries and offer guidance as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions and basic troubleshooting.
4. Social Media Management
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts at least three times weekly.
- Monitor engagement and recommend improvements for content strategy.
5. Networking & Business Development
- Coordinate networking calls and business development meetings.
- Maintain a system to track networking opportunities and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in managing CRM systems and scheduling tools.
