Your Impact
- Lead: Plan daily maintenance work, assign tasks, and coach a team of Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical technicians.
- Support Production: Partner with production leaders on maintenance scheduling, operator training, and safe, efficient equipment operation.
- Improve Systems: Recommend and implement continuous improvement ideas that scale across locations.
- Own Reliability: Manage building, machine, and support groups for your location to ensure uptime and safety.
Technical Profile
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for CNC machinery, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
- Comfortable working with three-phase power and a range of control voltages.
- Exposure to PLC/HMI programming and PC-based control platforms (preferred).
- Fluent with shop tools plus diagnostic, testing, and measurement equipment for electromechanical systems.
