Project Engineer

1st Shift (Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Pay: 70,000k-80,000k

Location: Rock Hill, SC

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team in Rock Hill, SC. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being in the shop as much as working at a desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and interpret CAD drawings and technical prints
• Support estimating activities for jobs and projects
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure project accuracy and feasibility
• Perform manual machining tasks as needed to support projects and prototypes
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive project efficiency
• Be actively involved on the shop floor, this is a hands-on engineering role, not strictly desk-based

Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD software and technical drawings
• Background in manufacturing, machining, or similar hands-on environment
• Estimating or cost analysis experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and desire to be hands-on in a production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
