Our client provides customer support services for a well-known automotive brand and is currently expanding its Dutch-speaking support team.
This is an entry-level position, suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career. Relocation to Greece is required prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided.
Deliver customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and digital communication channels
Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle features, service scheduling, warranty coverage, or general product information
Follow established processes and service guidelines to ensure accurate support
Record customer interactions and case details in internal systems
Maintain service quality standards and comply with operational procedures
Escalate complex or technical cases to specialized teams when required
Fluent written and spoken Dutch
Good command of English (level B2)
Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
Basic IT skills and ability to work with multiple support systems
Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
Previous experience in the automotive industry (dealership, service center, vehicle support)
Experience in customer service or technical support roles
Familiarity with CRM or case management tools
