What you will tackle

• Operate a flexo and digital hybrid press to deliver jobs to spec (experience required).
• Set up for printing and die-cutting with precision and speed.
• Load substrate, install tooling, mount plates, and set print impression.
• Confirm substrate, ink, and tooling meet all required specifications.
• Control ink distribution, press speed, and dryer temperature for optimal quality.
• Troubleshoot print challenges quickly to reduce downtime and waste.
• Complete routine maintenance: oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs.

What you bring to the pressroom

• Hands-on expertise with servo-driven narrow web presses such as Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or comparable platforms.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Problem-solver who balances speed with quality.
• Comfort with the physical demands of press operation, including lifting and standing.
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.
