Commercial Cleaning & Restoration Equipment Service Mechanic

A day in this role

You start your morning reviewing the queue: a truck-mounted carpet unit with a fuel issue, a portable extractor losing suction, and an air scrubber due for maintenance. With your meter and manufacturer manuals in hand, you diagnose a 2-cylinder gas engine misfire, create a service order, and present a clear estimate. By midday, you're scheduling a dehumidifier repair in our software while coordinating parts with a vendor. In the afternoon, you jump in to help a teammate balance the shop workload, then tidy your bench, update customers by phone and email, and prep tomorrow's appointments.

  • Leverage test equipment, troubleshooting guides, and OEM repair manuals to pinpoint issues accurately.
