We're Hiring: Estimator (Landscape & Swimming Pool)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape and swimming pool projects, with strong quantity take-off and cost estimation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape and swimming pool projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Assist in tender submissions and project pricing.
• Support project teams with cost-related information and clarifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of landscape and swimming pool construction works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
