Remote Customer Care Representative | Flexible Hours | Training Provided

We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and who enjoy working directly with clients in a structured support capacity. Training will be provided; candidates located in Spokane, Washington and the surrounding region are welcome.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and respond to support requests.
  • Coordinate schedules and handle appointment-related tasks.
  • Assist with service updates and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Deliver a consistent and professional client experience.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and comfort working in a structured, task-based environment.
  • Ability to remain responsive and detail-oriented under changing priorities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, or similar roles is a plus.
