Role focus

As a Medical Device CNC Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert safeguarding the reliability and output of our Mori Seiki Mill Turns, Makino 5-axis Mills, Tsugami Mill Turns, and Citizen Swiss machines—vital equipment for producing precision medical components.

Shift

Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Impact you’ll have

• Prevent unplanned downtime with thorough, scheduled PMs and targeted inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults quickly and safely.
• Team with production and engineering to resolve issues fast and protect delivery timelines.
• Record repairs, inspections, and parts changes with accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with installing and commissioning new CNC assets to spec.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 2+ years maintaining CNC equipment in medical device manufacturing or a comparable precision environment.
• Hands-on skill across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems for CNC machinery.
• Comfort with CNC controls and programming fundamentals—Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
