Headless CMS architecture (Contentstack & Contentful): Describe an enterprise implementation you personally architected on Contentstack and/or Contentful. Explain your approach to content modeling and governance (content types, references, localization, reusable components), how you designed an API-first delivery layer, and how you handled roles/workflows and multi-environment publishing. Ground your answer in a specific project, your role on it, and the scale (teams, locales, traffic).

Sitecore XM Cloud & Sitecore AI: Walk us through a Sitecore XM Cloud implementation or migration you led. Cover how you structured the solution (rendering host, Experience Edge, components/data sources, serialization/CI), any migration from Sitecore XP/XM to XM Cloud, and how you have applied Sitecore AI capabilities. Be specific about architectural decisions you made and trade-offs you weighed.

Composable DXP & API-first architecture: Describe how you have designed a composable digital experience platform by integrating best-of-breed services (CMS, commerce, search, DAM, personalization, analytics). Explain your API-first / orchestration approach, how you handled integration patterns and content federation, and how you addressed performance, caching, and governance across the composable stack. Include why you chose composable over a monolithic DXP for that engagement.

Next.js frontend architecture & Azure delivery: Describe a Next.js frontend architecture you designed for a headless CMS (rendering strategy — SSR/SSG/ISR, routing, preview, component/design-system approach). Then explain how you deployed and ran it on Microsoft Azure using cloud-native services, and how you built the CI/CD pipelines (branching, environments, build/deploy, content-driven rebuilds). Note the specific Azure services you used and why.

Migration & modernization leadership: Describe a platform migration or modernization program you led from a legacy/monolithic DXP to a headless or composable architecture. Explain how you assessed the current state, sequenced the migration (content, URLs/SEO, integrations, cutover), managed risk and rollback, and measured success. Be specific about your leadership role, the size of the team you guided, and the outcome.

Presales, stakeholders & mentorship: Describe how you have supported presales and solution proposals — running client workshops, translating business/marketing requirements into a scalable architecture, and defending your design to enterprise stakeholders. Also explain how you mentor development teams and establish architecture best practices (standards, reviews, reference implementations). Give a concrete example of a proposal you shaped and how it landed with the client.
