365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations from Rock Hill, South Carolina, across the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals seeking a reliable career with consistent miles, newer equipment, and dependable home time. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
  • Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
  • Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.
  • Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

Routes and Equipment

  • Predictable schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
  • Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth equipment with a strict no-slip-seating policy.
  • Driver comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
  • Freight type: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
  • Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs available from the first day.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record and an active DOT Medical Card.
  • Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
  • Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is provided with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
