**Press Brake Operator **
Location: Thornton, CO
Pay: $25 – $35/hr (DOE)
Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift
Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate CNC press brake machines for prototype products.
- Proficient with manual press brake including calculations, tool changes, and blueprint reading.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine bend sequences and tooling setup.
- Set up machines, select proper tooling, and adjust for material type and thickness.
- Inspect parts for accuracy using measuring tools (calipers, protractors, tape measures, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine programs for quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience operating CNC press brakes.
- Must have AMADA press brake experience
- Proficiency with sheet metal fabrication and part inspection tools.
- Strong understanding of bend allowances, forming tolerances, and tooling selection.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
