Recent Grads - CDL A Company Truck Driver - Regional

Graduates of an accredited CDL school can continue developing their skills through this paid mentorship program in Georgetown, Kentucky. At 10-4 Logistics, qualified CDL-school graduates receive one-on-one training with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. The program is designed to help participants operate safely and confidently as solo drivers.

After successfully completing training, drivers receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely
• Complete regional pickups and deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent completion of an accredited CDL program
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
