What you’ll drive

  • Talent development: train, coach, and grow technicians and operators
  • Technical ownership: manage tooling, molds, and machine performance across blow molding and injection molding
  • Performance management: establish and monitor KPIs; implement improvements that move OEE and throughput
  • Cross-functional alignment: work closely with operations, product management, and customer-facing teams
  • Strategic innovation: define and execute technical roadmaps
  • Operational risk management: identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks

Your toolkit

  • 5+ years in plastics manufacturing (blow molding + injection molding)
  • 2+ years leading technical teams
  • Proficiency in tooling, mold repair, and machine maintenance
  • Experience with Aoki, Uniloy, and Sumitomo equipment
  • History of continuous improvement and change leadership
  • Strong communication that translates technical issues into business context

Background

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Equivalent hands-on experience welcomed
