As a Travel Client Success Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and applicable policies
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay current on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines relevant to the Texas market and beyond
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
