Role snapshots

CNC Operators / Machinists / Manufacturing Engineers

• Shifts: 1st & 2nd
• Compensation: $20–$25/hr (Operators), $25–$29/hr (Setup Machinists), up to $45/hr (CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineers)
• Schedules: 1st: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM | 2nd: 3:45 PM – 2:00 AM
• Focus: Operate CNC machines, perform setups, monitor production, and ensure part quality.

Quality Inspector – 1st Shift

• Compensation: $20–$35/hr (higher end for CMM Programming / advanced quality skills)
• Quality Engineers: $38–$45/hr
• Focus: Dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and thorough documentation.

CMM Operator – 2nd Shift

• Compensation: $20–$25/hr + 10% shift differential
• Focus: Operate CMM equipment and perform precision inspections to tight tolerances.

Visual Inspector – 1st Shift

• Compensation: $18–$23/hr
• Focus: Microscope-based visual inspection for defects like scratches, coating issues, and debris. Great for detail-driven individuals.
