Your Mission

  • Run daily operations end‑to‑end: opening/closing, staffing, scheduling, and floor coverage
  • Mentor sales associates and opticians—set goals, coach performance, and celebrate wins
  • Boost topline results through expert product knowledge, upselling, and consultative selling
  • Ensure every guest receives a bespoke experience from frame curation through final dispensing
  • Own inventory control, visual presentation, and on‑time replenishment to brand guidelines
  • Partner with the district or regional manager on hiring, reviews, and strategic planning
  • Handle service escalations with poise; resolve issues quickly and thoroughly
  • Safeguard compliance with optical standards, safety procedures, and company policies

What It Takes to Thrive

  • 2+ years leading in retail (optical, fashion, or specialty preferred)
  • History of beating sales targets and driving KPIs
  • People‑first leader who develops and retains strong teams
  • Experience in optical dispensing, frame fitting, or close collaboration with licensed opticians is a plus
  • Top‑tier communication and relationship skills
  • Comfortable managing a metrics‑driven business
  • Open availability on weekends as needed
  • ABO Certified
