Overview
We are hiring a Mechanical Systems Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team focused on building essential industrial systems. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with tools, assembling components, and seeing a project come together from start to finish.
You’ll play a key role in both system assembly and shop-floor fabrication, contributing to consistent, high-quality builds in a stable and team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical systems based on technical drawings and specifications
- Perform basic fabrication including cutting, drilling, and shaping metal and plastic materials
- Build and assemble plastic piping panels used in system designs
- Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
- Verify completed systems function properly before completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–5+ years of hands-on fabrication or mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Experience using standard tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.)
- Ability to read a tape measure/ruler accurately
- Comfortable being on your feet throughout the workday
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in water or wastewater systems

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $25–$27/hour
- Contract-to-hire (6 months) with long-term potential
