Job Summary

• 365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35) and is hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL drivers based in the Asheville, NC area. The position offers consistent miles, newer equipment, reliable home time, and comprehensive support both on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
• Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.

Route & Equipment

• Driver comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
• Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and current DOT Medical Card.
• Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
• Training — Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
