We’re adding a Compounding Pre‑Weigh Operator to our Groveport, Ohio team (right off Rt. 33/Hamilton Rd.). If you love accuracy, organization, and fast-moving production, this is your next move.

Pay and schedules

• 1st: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — $18.50/hr
• 2nd: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM — $19.75/hr
• 3rd: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM — $19.50/hr
• $0.50/hr raise after 90 days

What you’ll tackle

• Use scales, pick lists, and SAP to weigh and stage raw materials
• Pull, label, organize, and return materials to inventory
• Sanitize tools and work areas; maintain a tidy, audit-ready zone
• Inspect ingredients; escalate issues or discrepancies immediately
• Enter SAP transactions and complete required records accurately
• Support Compounders and the production schedule
• Follow GMP, quality, and safety requirements

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Background in manufacturing, warehouse, compounding, or pre‑weigh (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy; confident reading scales and labels
• Electric pallet jack and drum hauler experience preferred
• Bonus points for SAP and GMP exposure
• Dependable, detail‑minded, coachable

Physical & PPE

• Comfortable wearing a hairnet, safety glasses, and steel‑toe shoes
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs.
