• Routine upkeep and repairs across marina buildings, docks, slips, and shared facilities.
• Grounds care: mowing, trimming, weed control, landscaping tasks, and general cleanup.
• Regular inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, and opportunities to repair before issues escalate.
• Hands-on fixes in basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical work.
• Operation and upkeep of maintenance equipment, power tools, lawn machinery, and utility vehicles.
• Assistance with dock installations, structural repairs, and seasonal marina preparations.
• Swift response to maintenance tickets and urgent or emergency situations.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
• Adherence to company safety procedures and compliance with marina regulations.
• Support for daily operations and participation in special projects as needed.
