Manufacturing Production Support Technician — Pewaukee, WI
Job ID: 2445
Step into a role where every hour keeps production moving. From day one, you’ll be the steady set of hands that helps our shop deliver quality parts on time—safely, accurately, and with pride.
A day in this role
You clock in early, walk the floor, and prioritize the work orders for the day. You prep packaging materials, then rotate to deburr, clean, and finish parts coming off the line. A machine needs tending—you assist the operator, check finished dimensions with micrometers and calipers, and package completed parts to spec. Between runs, you help with material handling, jump on a forklift or overhead crane when needed, and keep your area spotless. You complete cycle counts, note items for the annual physical inventory, flag any safety concerns, and give a hand with facility or departmental maintenance. Throughout the day, you follow safety procedures without compromise.
