Class A Mid East Regional Truck Driver - CDL Graduates Welcome

Overview

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for Mid East regional routes. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. This position provides a structured trainer program, predictable lanes, company‑maintained equipment, and weekly home time.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate 53' dry van trailers safely and professionally on Mid East regional routes.
  • Perform drop‑and‑hook operations and occasional live load/unload deliveries; operate primarily 100% no‑touch freight.
  • Complete pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation in accordance with federal and company regulations.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and maintain professional conduct with customers and team members.

Training, schedule & equipment

  • OTR trainer program for approximately 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience; new graduates eligible for trainee pay during training.
  • Mid East regional lanes with weekly home time; drivers must be available for day or night shifts.
  • Typical weekly mileage: 1,800+ miles.
  • Company‑maintained 53' dry van trailers; majority drop‑and‑hook operations for predictable workflow.

Compensation & benefits

  • $1,200–$1,400 per week (varies by miles and experience).
  • Per mile pay: $0.56–$0.60 (based on experience); trainee pay: $850/week for approximately 4–6 weeks.
  • Stop pay: $15 per stop.
  • Monthly performance/safety bonus: $0.06 per mile (eligibility criteria apply).
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k) and paid time off.

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum age 21 and valid Class A CDL.
  • Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training.
  • Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
  • Not terminated from the most recent job for safety‑related reasons.
  • Solid work history (documented employment; limited gaps in employment over the past 10 years).
  • Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and required background checks.
