Precision Injection Mold Tooling Maintenance Specialist

Step into a day as our Precision Injection Mold Tooling Maintenance Specialist

At 7:00 a.m., you’re on the floor and already mapping out the morning: a hot-runner mold needs a fast teardown, a cavity is down and must be brought back online, and a preventive maintenance checklist is waiting. You move methodically—labeling components, inspecting wear points, and cleaning to a like-new condition—so production keeps humming. By midday, you’ve completed an in-press changeover using the crane, updated the mold history, and coordinated replacement parts. Before the afternoon wraps, you’ve verified stock levels, helped a teammate with a tricky alignment, and organized the tool room for a clean start tomorrow.
