CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in South Bend, IN. With consistent freight and mileage, our routes offer regular weekly home time, a competitive weekly paycheck, and a full benefits package from day one.

Pay:

• $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday)

Paid training:

• Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction

Schedule and equipment:

• Regional routes based out of South Bend with regular weekly home time
• Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook
• Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid CDL‑A
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required
• Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
