Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others in recruitment and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
