Step into a day leading industrial maintenance

Morning starts with safety. You walk the floor, verify compliance with the Site Safety Program, and reinforce housekeeping and 5S. Through Beyond Zero initiatives, you champion an environment where safety and wellness are non‑negotiable and visibly modeled by you and your team.

Turning strategy into action

You translate site and company strategic initiatives into clear priorities. As processes evolve, you guide the team through change, ensuring everyone understands the why behind new procedures and how daily actions connect to business objectives.

Shaping the ATS culture

Every shift, you steer team execution using leadership competencies that reflect ATS values. You set the tone with self‑motivation and emotional intelligence, creating a space where people bring their best and hold each other accountable.

Coaching for growth

Through regular one‑on‑ones, you manage performance, identify development paths, and mentor team members on career planning, training, and skill building. You create opportunities for people to stretch and succeed.

Owning results and customer trust

You embed and reinforce the Operating System so standards stick. Side by side with the Site Manager, you measure and report maintenance KPIs, drive root cause analysis, clear roadblocks, and push continuous improvement. You communicate priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer, strengthening a positive, profitable partnership built on transparency.

Controlling the plan and the costs

You help manage labor, overtime, and material consumption, and you approve any overtime for the team. You review work orders, keep schedules tight, and close gaps quickly. You also lead effective team meetings that inform, align, and energize.
