Account Manager – Dental Laboratory Services

We are seeking a results-oriented Account Manager / Customer Relations Representative to oversee and expand an established client portfolio for a multi-brand dental laboratory organization. This is an in-house, full-time position focused on nurturing professional relationships with dental practices and clinicians. The successful candidate will act as a dedicated liaison, ensuring high satisfaction while strategically identifying opportunities to increase case volume and reactivate dormant accounts.


Core Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse roster of dental practices across two distinct service brands.

  • Proactive Outreach: Maintain a consistent communication cadence with active clients to ensure service standards are met and brand loyalty is maintained.

  • Account Recovery: Analyze historical data to identify lapsed or inactive accounts and execute strategic outreach to win back business.

  • Business Development: Consult with existing clients to identify unmet needs, introducing additional product lines or services to increase overall production.

  • Service Excellence: Act as a problem-solver and advocate for the client, ensuring seamless communication between the dental office and the production team.


Candidate Profile

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within a dental laboratory, clinical dental setting, or healthcare sales is highly preferred.

  • Account Management: Proven ability to manage a high-volume client list with a focus on retention and growth.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive phone presence.

  • Drive: A self-motivated professional who excels in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment and can manage a pipeline independently.
