CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - Entry Level - Home Weekly

We are seeking Class A CDL drivers—including those with limited driving experience—to begin their driving careers based out of Shreveport, LA. This role offers regional routes originating in Shreveport that serve the Eastern Seaboard and nearby states, with weekly home time, a comprehensive benefits package, and a paid training programme that covers required job skills and behind-the-wheel mentorship.

• Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
• Route Type: Regional routes with weekly home resets
• Equipment: Fully equipped, brand-new trucks
• Freight: Drop-and-hook dry van freight
• Benefits: Full benefits package including 401(k) with company match; medical, dental and vision insurance
• Training: Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must meet hiring and DOT requirements
• Minimum of 120 hours of commercial driver school instruction completed
