• Role: CDL-A Yard Spotter & Materials Transport Operator (company truck)
• Where: Fort Wayne, IN and Indianapolis, IN

• Pay: $30–$31/hour, paid weekly
• Per Diem: $125/day if you’re not local
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10-hour shifts; weekends as needed; overtime available
• Setting: In-person at industrial job sites

What you’ll do

• Operate a company yard truck safely across active job sites
• Spot, back, and position for precise loading and unloading
• Load/unload materials and ensure securement
• Maintain accurate logs of work/rest, miles, and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Follow all truck regulations and company procedures

What you’ll bring

• CDL A (Required) and 3+ years of professional driving
• Comfort with manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Bonus: automotive repair know-how
