Manufacturing Material Flow Technician

Step onto the production floor and keep everything moving.

You arrive onsite in Somersworth, NH, and head straight to the warehouse bay. Pallets need to be staged for the next build, parts verified against inventory, and materials delivered to production cells. Throughout your shift, you’ll operate material handling equipment, keep aisles clear, and make sure every component gets to the right place at the right time.

• Base Pay: $19.50/hr (evening +5% = $20.48/hr; night +10% = $21.45/hr)

What You’ll Do

From receiving to line-side delivery, you’ll be the link that keeps production flowing:

• Receive, store, stage, and move materials throughout the facility
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Support shipping activities and basic inventory transactions
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace
• Follow standard work and safety procedures; contribute to continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Reliable, safety-first mindset with comfort in hands-on, physical work
• Experience in warehouses, manufacturing, or material handling is a plus
• No forklift certification required; training and certification may be provided on the job
