Key Responsibilities

• Review client preferences, travel dates, budgets, and special requests to develop tailored travel itineraries
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, tours, and activities that align with client needs
• Organize day-by-day schedules that account for timing, logistics, and travel flow
• Prepare clear, accurate, and well-presented itinerary documents for client review
• Coordinate and verify booking details, confirmations, and supporting travel documentation
• Update itineraries promptly to reflect changes, cancellations, or new client requests
• Maintain organized records of client information, itineraries, and reservation details
• Communicate with clients to clarify details, share updates, and respond to itinerary-related questions
• Stay informed about destination information, travel considerations, and relevant industry updates
