We’re hiring now—bring your digital press know-how and join a fast-moving production team.

What you’ll do

• Set up and operate a minimum of two wide-format digital press types, following GSP and industry specs; complete daily and weekly paperwork.
• Verify each work order and make press-standard tweaks to maintain quality targets.
• Achieve or surpass efficiency goals; ensure your print assistant and QCI follow established procedures.
• Keep workflows tight, processes consistent, and the press area spotless.
• Use PMS color guides and a densitometer to measure dot characteristics and color space.
• Cross-train in at least one additional department and jump in where needed.

What you bring

• 3–6+ months of Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Comfort with Machine Setups for Production Runs.
• English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and overtime when required.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to all safety requirements.
