🕒 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

💰 Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

⏱️ Overtime Available: Weekdays and Saturdays as needed

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our production team, you'll help manufacture and assemble electrical transformer components by:

• Operating coil winding equipment, including bench lathe machines, Bachi, Broomfield, and hand winders
• Bending, shaping, cutting, sanding, soldering, and preparing coils for assembly and testing
• Attaching wires, terminals, and lugs using pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools
• Operating robotic welding equipment
• Performing transformer potting processes using epoxy and silica sand
• Reading and following work instructions, drawings, BOMs, specifications, and visual aids
• Moving materials and finished products using lift-assist equipment
• Assisting with inventory counts and production support activities
• Maintaining quality standards while meeting production goals
• Supporting 6S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to keep work areas organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
• Mechanically inclined with strong hand-tool skills
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
• Frequently lift, push, and pull materials up to 40 pounds
• Utilize lift-assist equipment for heavier products
• Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the day
• Bend, reach, and stoop as needed
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment with machinery and production activity
