At AmbaFlex, our Canton, OH plant—operating since 2010 and the company’s sole U.S. manufacturing facility—builds the spiral conveyor systems trusted worldwide. Our Construction department delivers each build to plan, and we’re adding a skilled fabricator/welder to help us raise the bar again.

What you’ll do

• Read and interpret technical and blueprint drawings
• Fit, weld, and customize components using multiple welding and fabrication techniques
• Prepare machines and work cells for production
• Inspect parts and completed frames; document and correct variances
• Collaborate on product and process improvements

Shifts

• Day: Mon–Thu, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (4/10s)
• Night: Mon–Thu, 6:30 p.m.–5:00 a.m. (4/10s)

What you need

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years’ experience in a comparable manufacturing role
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail; quality‑first approach
• Comfort using the metric system (preferred)
